How will FitTrack keep you motivated?
FitTrack will offer you a wide range of information about steps counting, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and sleep quality. You can easy synchonize with a free app and then you will be able to synchronize any time, any day this information.
FitTrack are waterproof but what does that mean?
You can take a shower with any FitTrack. You can also take a swim but please be careful with temperature changes. It can cause damage to your device. Normally those devices are IP67 and this means dust proof and waterproof against shower drops.
Does your FitTrack count steps when you are cycling?
No your FitTrack will not count steps when you are cycling around.
How many days standby?
Normally about 10 days but it will depend on how many times you will synchronize your tracker with your smartphone. When the temperatur outside is quit low it will influence the capacity of the battery.
When my FitTrack is not working properly what do I have to do?
Your electronic device can only work together with an app that you can download on your smartphone. When your FitTrack is not connecting with your smartphone please check if you have switched on the bluetooth. If there are still problems please check the manual again.
